Strange One, Indeed
Given the fact that Kathleen and I are his parents, we knew Gareth had a good chance of being an unusual child. We'd accept nothing less! What we didn't anticipate, however, is the way he's taken to strangeness like a fish takes to water. Gareth is definitely a quirky kid . . . and we love it! Case in point. The minute Kathleen pulled out the Halloween decorations, Gareth spotted a goofy fabric candy bag and promptly looped the handle over this head.

Here's our little bundle of joy screaming at us to play with stuffed Yoda.

And here he is being too damn cute.

About the time we'd grown accustomed to our own little version of Batboy running around the house, not to be confused with the Bat Boy of the Weekly World News

Gareth introduced us to colander head.

I guess it beats a lampshade, eh?

Stick around as it gets even stranger. I wish I had an audioblog to share the way Gareth offers up a ghoulish "Mwahahahaaaaa" every time he sees a skull.
